The CareScout Provider Program
CareScout matches care providers nationwide with thousands of families in need of care for their loved ones. At CareScout, our powerful Provider Program, featuring SmartMatchSM, enables those families to quickly find you. We are administering the Provider Program that powers an all new Caregiving Program to be endorsed by AARP and sponsored by our parent company, Genworth. With our AARP relationship, the SmartMatch program is available to millions of AARP members and their families through brand new interactive website tools, telephonic and in-home assessment services.

How to Join
Please read new details about our Provider Programs by downloading a PDF document that explains each available program.
Then fill out the enrollment card and indicate the programs you are interested in joining. (If you are currently a SmartMatch provider, please re-enroll so we can upgrade you to the new AARP program.)
Once we receive your enrollment card we will get you all the information you need to complete the provider portal and become active in the new program.
