What aging with dignity means to us...
"Providing seniors with the assistance they need to help them maximize their quality relative to their station in life. We believe that there isn't a client we have that wants to need our home-care services so it is our job to show them that by accepting the level of help we offer, we can help them "Age in Place with Dignity and Grace" as we like to say."
Our caregivers are...
"The frontline face of our business to our clients and their families, our "product" and the heartbeat of our organization. They are what our clients see and experience everyday so it is up to us to provide them with the best training and support we can so that they, with the support of our office staff, can deliver the best care for our clients."
The care we offer is unique because...
" As stated above, we look at each prospect and client as an individual and tailor their care plan to meet their unique and individual OVERALL needs which in many cases include that of their family since by providing the care to the senior client, we are, in many cases, taking this burden off of their family members. We also have and offer a proprietary Fall Risk Assessment program to our clients to help identify their risk level of falling since falls are such a risk for seniors. And if clients show a high risk for falling, we can help them by referring them to appropriate resources to help reduce this risk."
Important to remember when caring for someone...
"That each client we serve is an individual with a unique story and individual needs. And it is up to us, the Care TEAM at Always Best Care, to develop and provide a personalized care plan to meet their needs."
What person-centered care means to us...
" Every client is a unique individual with individual needs deserving a care plan tailored to their specific needs which includes not only their personal care and household assistance needs but also needs to take into account their personality, cultural and life history when developing their care plan and assigning care providers."
