"We implemented a program called "Change in Condition". The caregiver is with the client more than any other person in our company. After every shift, they are asked if there has been a change of condition in their client since the last time they met. If they answer yes, with a brief summary, our nursing staff will follow up to ensure the client is safe and trending in the right direction. "

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"It's about them. Our caregivers will be 'present', meaning they won't be on their phone or sitting on the couch watching TV. We are there to assist you in your life. A Care Plan will be devised to address all tasks needing to be completed each time we are in the home."

"I WAS looking and I grew frustrated when I couldn't get the answers to my questions. I wanted to know who to call if I had questions. I wanted to know who was coming prior to their arrival. I wanted to know if they had a nurse on staff. These are items we take seriously. Our phone is answered 24/7 by a human capable of answering questions. We have a Family website showing the schedule and the caregiver. We are Federally accredited by the Joint Commission for personal care and nursing. We have multiple RN's on staff to answer questions. "
