Affirmed Home Care offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to caregiving in the privacy of clients’ homes. Whether a client needs 24/7 support from a nurse or a home health aide, Affirmed Home Care will be there. Affirmed Home Care’s home health aides assist clients with tasks of daily living, including housework, meals, and support with errands and grooming. Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are available for those with more advanced medical needs, including hospice care, wound care and IV infusions. Our nursing care managers manage all the clinical needs of clients, including making appointments, putting together medication logs, and preparing medications. Additionally, we have social workers on staff to provide emotional support, help put together wills and DNRs, and organize safe, fun activities for clients.
