The CareScout Quality Network is the first network of long-term care providers where every provider has met rigorous standards for quality and has committed to person-centered care. This is a big step for families who need aging care. It's a sensitive stage of life where care becomes both essential and highly personal. Now, when you see the CareScout Quality Network badge, you can be assured the provider has met our high standards for quality care.
Person-centered care
CareScout Quality Network providers are focused on person-centered care, so that you can enjoy an aging experience that is dignified, connected, and fulfilling. Person-centered care looks beyond safety to also integrate your values, preferences, and goals into the care you receive. It creates a partnership between you and your caregiver that addresses the physical, mental, spiritual, and social elements of your health.
Quality home care providers
Our Quality Network currently includes home care providers – agencies who provide professional support services that can allow older adults to live safely in their homes. They can help you with activities of daily living such as dressing, transportation, eating, or taking care of your home. In the near future, we’ll expand our Quality Network to include other types of aging care providers, such as assisted living.
A high standard for care
CareScout Quality Network standards include:
Up-to-date credentials, including licensure and insurance
On-site or virtual survey of business practices, staffing and retention, training, and policies and procedures
Demonstration of financial health
Confirmation of compliance with federal health care policy requirements
Once a provider joins our Quality Network, we begin to measure the provider’s person-centered care practices through surveys of both care recipients and staff.
Finding Quality Care
To make it easy for you to find quality providers in your area, we’re building a searchable online directory of CareScout Quality Network providers. Once it’s complete, you’ll be able to search by zip code and care needs to find the right provider for you, with a detailed profile of each provider. Growing nationwide
Today, our Quality Network includes home care providers across many states, and we continue to grow. Our goal is to reach national coverage, so that no matter where you live in the United States, you’ll be able to find quality, person-centered care near you.
