With any staff member who enters your home, you can rest assured that they have a cleared background checks for state, federal, adult protective services, driving record and has passed a drug screening. Once hired, we invest in our staff with education and make sure they have evidence-based training resources available to them at all times. We are Joint Commission Accredited, have proven our quality with audits that resulted in zero deficiencies and we review each case on a weekly bases to look for any room of improvement. We are unique in this industry for only hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands on care to our clients. Each case is supervised by an RN Case Manager, who follows the client's needs and adapts the plan of care with the client as their needs change. We do our best to not only match our clients to staff based off their clinical needs but personality and interests as well. We have a caregiver compatibility guarantee. If a staff member does not match for any reason, we work on finding a better match for our clients. "

Our plan of care also includes specific requests made by client or family to best meet their needs."
