Our caregivers are all run through the Illinois Department of Public Health rigorous background checks which includes fingerprinting and frequent reviews on the caregiver registry. Our caregivers receive six hours of dementia training, as well as, ten hours of thorough caregiving classes initially and complete training annually as well. The office team invests time to learn about our caregivers and help develop their skills. "

"We offer comprehensive services that can be implemented as soon as the same day in some cases. Our team is in constant communication to ensure a smooth start of care process. We can assist individuals and families with our Patient Transition Program post hospitalization or rehabilitation. Our care givers can follow the discharge plan of care and assist following the prescribed exercises from the therapy team to help reduce hospital readmissions. Our office include a a registered nurse and two dementia practitioners to assist the team in providing specialized dementia care. We provide family communication with our technology platform. This allows family members to view when the caregiver arrives and departs, the care schedules and observe the care provided in that shift as well as any care notes the caregiver had for the shift."

We have implemented rigorous standards to ensure that you or your loved one receives the ultimate non-medical in-home care. Our in-home services can include; assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with exercises, walking, transfers, light housekeeping, incontinence care, transportation, shopping and companionship.
