Arthur is an elder law attorney at Mirick with over 45 years of experience. His practice focuses on all aspects of lifetime and estate planning for older adults, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, asset restructuring, maximizing eligibility for government benefits, and protection for families in crisis who need assistance with dementia. Throughout his career, Arthur has served in leadership roles in his community and is deeply committed to philanthropic endeavors that contribute to the well-being of older adults. He is also the creator of “Elder Law with Frank and Mary,” a YouTube series that provides elder law information and resources for older adults.
