One Patient at a Time (O.P.A.A.T) is a family-owned home care agency that provides affordable, non-medical care to seniors that are in need of companionship, assistance with daily routines, or activities of daily living. Our desire to help and effect change in the lives of the seniors in our community is what propelled us to start our home care agency.
