While it is our job to screen all caregivers, the decision as to who will care for you or your family member is always yours to make. You choose the services and schedules to meet your individual needs. All of our Caregivers are licensed through the State with complete Credentials, *All FBI Level II background screened, *working knowledge of diets and all diseases.

The care we offer is unique because...

We make it our duty and our promise to provide you personalized service and customized care so that you or your loved one can make a speedy recovery and return to independent living. You can always depend on ANR. We can have someone at your home to assist you, in most cases, in as little as 2 hours. We are available 24/7 including holidays and weekends We will complete all the paperwork for you so there is nothing for you to file or fill out for your insurance company so all you have to focus on is getting well!

Important to remember when caring for someone...

Communication is key. ANR and it's staff communicates with our patients with respect. We refer to them by their name, asking them how their day was, followed by questions about their concerns and complaints. This can go a long way in building rapport with the patient and their family. It helps to create a bond where the patient and family feels comfortable and safe with the caregiver.

What person-centered care means to us...

High-quality care is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs, and values and ensures that patient values guide all clinical decisions. Person-centered care is a practice in which patients actively participate in their own medical treatment in close cooperation with their health professionals. Sometimes, relatives may be involved in the creation of the patient's health care plan as well.

ANR has been in business for over 18 years and we are owned by an RN who is always available in the office to answer any questions you may have. All Assessments are done by an RN. We are available 24 hours / 365 days, including Holidays.
