Synergy Homecare of Peoria is dedicated to exceptional care, training, and ensuring that everyone gets care. Homecare is personal for Shad/Melissa Sleeth as they both experienced the consequences of not having quality care. Shad's mother needed assistance for his father from an outside caregiver who provided minimal help. In an unfortunate accident his father fell on his mother resulting in a lifechanging injury. Synergy Homecare strives to create a culture of attentiveness and exceptional care and through effective management resulting in staffing of 99.9% of all shifts. Ask us our story.
