We communicate with patients, families, and referral sources with updates on care and related services and provide recommendations to optimize care. I would want to know how long the agency has been in service, its area of coverage, the services it provides, the qualifications and training it provides to its staff, the language the staff speaks, which insurances they accept and how much it charges, how it matches patients or clients with caregivers, how it handles complaints, and how it communicates with patients/clients and families on service.
