Honor and respect. This is always our goal, whether it is a client without cognitive or physical decline, with palliative care needs, hospice care, or a client with Dementia/ Alzheimer's. We always maintain dignity and engage in a respectful manner.

Our caregivers are...

Certified home health aides and Personal care aides who work under the direction of the registered nurse. They are skilled, compassionate and knowledgeable in providing care based on the care plan.

The care we offer is unique because...

We provide service that is fitting to each person and promotes keeping the client as independent as possible, so that they feel comfortable and in control of their care. Our caregivers are trained to care with empathy so that the client's dignity is maintained at all times. On intake, we retrieve as much information from the family and client to identify their needs down to the smallest detail that will allow us to create the individualized care that will be suitable for the client. We gather medical and personal information including their likes and dislikes.

Treat each client as though you were caring for your own loved one, respect one's privacy and work within your scope of practice.

What person-centered care means to us...

Taking each client's care and personalizing it to their individual needs, whether it is their physical or personal and medical or non-medical. This includes taking the best possible care in selecting the right caregiver with the skills and knowledge that meets the client's needs.

What would you want to know for family member care ...

I would like to know if the agency conducts background checks and how often? We ensure that family members are aware that all caregivers are screened and background check by DOH/ DOCJ, and we perform onsite supervisions of caregivers by our field nurses.
