Because specially trained caregivers track and report these changes in condition to the Director of Nursing for your local BrightStar Home Care agency, we are able to modify your family member’s personalized plan of care to reduce the likelihood of falls, infection, re-admission to the hospital, medication interactions and other potentially undesirable outcomes.

At BrightStar Care® it is our philosophy to treat the entire person not just the disease type. As a part of our assessments, we gather numerous Person-Centered touchpoints to gain a better understanding of the client including their likes and dislikes as well their life history. This information is included in the Plan of Care so that our clinical team is better positioned to ensure that care is delivered in a manner consistent with the client’s preferences while also being able to bond with them.

What would you want to know for family member care ...

The Greater Chester County office is owned & operated by Bob Ouellette. Bob's mother earned her degree at Boston College, specializing in neurological brain decline and traumatic brain injury. In a darkly ironic twist, she ended up developing Alzheimer’s disease in the later stages of her life. This is when Bob decided to open a BrightStar Care to carry on his mothers legacy of caring for others. Bob chose to open a BrightStar Care so he could provide the full continuum of care to the community, while focusing on a Higher Standard of care delivery and reliability.
