Every Care Pro undergoes our comprehensive 5-hour Person-Centered Care course, developed in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association. This training ensures that our Care Pros approach each client with empathy, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. Our Care Pros are not alone. They’re backed by a dedicated team of eight full-time employees, including an RN (Registered Nurse). Regular check-ins and updates ensure that our clients receive the personalized care they deserve. This collaborative approach allows us to provide holistic care, addressing both physical and emotional well-being.
