IC Care provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults in the Ohio Valley. Based in Wheeling, WV, and Steubenville, OH, we offer companionship, personal care, meal prep, transportation, and more. Our trained caregivers are thoroughly screened, and services are overseen by our registered nurse. We support private pay, Veterans Aid & Attendance, and Long-term Care Insurance. IC Care helps clients live safely and independently at home with dignity and respect.
