What aging with dignity means to us...

"Preserving and protecting individuals privacy while providing care. Giving the individual choices in what is done and showing respect to their choices."

Our caregivers are...

"All lifeline home care caregivers have received their training from state-approved schools with certificates and licenses. We make sure their references are checked and background checks done before sending them to clients. We further conduct background checks annually to ensure the safety of our clients. All our caregivers are employees, not contractors. They are insured and bonded. Monthly in-service training is provided for all active caregivers to maintain certificates and licenses."

The care we offer is unique because...

"For over 20 years of serving our community, we at lifeline home care have learned that each individual has a unique idiosyncrasy that are part of them that one must take into consideration in providing care."

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"The individual autonomy. Clients have rights regardless of disability and must be respected and treated with dignity."

What person-centered care means to us...

"The first thing is getting the detailed needs of the client during the intake process to match them with the right qualified licensed caregiver. In addition, making sure the plan of care is tailored to meet the client needs and wants."

What would you want to know for family member care ...

"Make sure the company is regulated by the Virginia department of health. They have licensed caregivers, and all are insured and bonded."
