Heather Burton is a proven B2B and B2C marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare, technology, and professional sports industries. She previously led marketing for HealthSparq, a leading software company that experienced rapid growth helping insurers provide price transparency and care navigation to millions of Americans. Before HealthSparq, she was the director of marketing for Webtrends, one of the first digital analytics software companies, and director of marketing and PR for Samaritan Health Services, an integrated health system based in Oregon. Burton loves to tell authentic stories and wants to make the healthcare experience less stressful and confusing for everyone.

Gordan Redzic has led technology product development and user experience teams for over 20 years, innovating in diverse areas of mobile networks, digital maps, payroll, and smart sleep. He brings deep expertise in mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS, cloud computing, location-based services, and quality assurance. Redzic is building the foundational technology platform from which CareScout will deliver a clear path to aging with dignity to older adults and their families.

Brian Harrington brings to CareScout an innovative and direct approach to doing business, as well as significant management and sales leadership experience in national roles. Before joining CareScout, Brian led sales and management efforts at renowned organizations like Genworth Financial, PNC Capital Advisors, Brown Advisory, ING, and Aetna. At CareScout, Brian is responsible for building and managing the company’s national sales organization and growing its client partnerships. He’s passionate about listening to ideas and learning about the unique business models of each of CareScout’s partners to build upon and sustain strong relationships.
