What aging with dignity means to us...

"being treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and fairness as one grows older. Individuals are supported to maintain their independence, identity, and quality of life for as long as possible."

Our caregivers are...

"licensed/certified, credentialed, fully vetted/background checked, and experienced. They possess the intangibles (purpose, communication, proactivity, compassion, etc.) you expect."

The care we offer is unique because...

"we don't require contracts, minimum hours (daily, weekly), overnight (or weekend) premiums, or "set" shifts. Short shifts, flex shifts, split shifts, etc. are available to max coverage and min cost!"

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"to treat them with respect, compassion, and empathy — seeing them as a whole person, not just someone who needs help."

What person-centered care means to us...

"understanding and DELIVERING ON clients' individual needs, preferences, values, and choices, rather than just knowing their diagnosis or condition."

About

GRISWOLD CARE PAIRING for Greater Orlando office was established in 2013 by the husband and wife team of Herm and Mary Carter Eick. Their Winter Park-based office staff and 300+ registered caregivers are available to serve clients in Orange and Seminole Counties. Griswold Care Pairing has received numerous Griswold and industry awards, and has established itself as one of the leading non-medical home services in the Greater Orlando area. In 1982 Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company and helped pioneer an entire industry. When Jean’s husband, a Presbyterian minister, informed her that an elderly woman in their parish had died from complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this could have been an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to act. Jean was a true visionary, establishing one of the most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country despite her Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. Jean’s legacy continues to grow with almost 200 company and franchised locations in 35 states.
