We provide non-medical, supportive home care to older adults in their homes. Owner, Skip Ballard, is a veteran and licensed Social Worker with over 25 years experience working in nursing homes, senior living, home health, hospice, and long term care insurance. Touching Hearts at Home has been serving seniors in western Wisconsin for 12 years.
