Founded in 1996, Donna Skeen built Loved Ones around a single promise to her own mother that she could remain in her home until her final days. That promise led to a commitment to provide quality, compassionate in-home care to all aged and disabled individuals in West Virginia. Loved Ones is simply a helping hand when you need it.
