A true professional! Responsive and committed with a wealth of knowledge about the process of transitioning a family member. Karen was such a valuable resource from the very beginning. She listened to our needs and based on that, matched us with appropriate sites. She provided advance information on each and then accompanied us to those we selected for the initial walk-through My mother hasn't moved in yet but we know where to go if and when she transitions. I can’t say enough about the value Karen added to this process!
