Lori was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of helping us find the perfect new home for Bob including suggestions for moving day. She was a wonderful soul to lean on during a very stressful time. I’d give her 10 hearts if it was a choice.

Lori was fantastic from the beginning. We were family coming from out of state to help place an elderly uncle. Lori discussed frankly with us what his needs were while keeping a positive attitude ( he is difficult!). She then set up tours and accompanied us on them. Answered questions independent of the facilities and gave us insight that we wouldn’t have had without her expertise. She kept in touch throughout and helped with initial negotiations with the place we chose. All and all above and beyond
