Working with Mark and Karyn has made the process of finding a residential care home for my mom incredibly seamless. We only had a few days to find somewhere and had no idea where to even begin. They took on the challenge and did all the legwork and research for us. Which was so amazing and we are so grateful, as this has been such a heartbreakingly difficult time. I can’t thank them enough.

Mark was great! I really did not know that they had a job where someone helps you find senior housing for your parent. I thought you just did it on your own. Now that I know you can have someone with knowledge and experience it really is the best way. You don’t have to call a round and see what places can do what your specific needs are Mark does that ahead of time. Also knowing all the Dr. forms and paperwork needed, knowing about contacts for different things. He really does more than show you places. He has seen a lot so it gives you a bigger picture. We couldn’t be happier and found a place right away!

I cannot say enough good things about the Wolff’s. I was very hesitant to use any resources to find new care for my mom with Dementia, but this power team went above and beyond to find the right placement for her at the right price for our budget. I was taken to care homes and facilities and they went with me every step of the way asking the questions I didn’t even think of. For example: I found a place I loved, but didn’t think really to ask about caretaker to resident ratios. We found that the place was not a fit after all and then they found me a place that I liked even better. This was all great, but then they followed up to call me after my deposit was paid and decision was made to see how else they could help me and to see how I was doing. The stress of finding the right place was lifted and what I was left with from the Wolff’s was just kindness. That kindness and hearing that we are in good hands has meant the world to me. I highly recommend the Wolff’s to anyone. 😊

We had a recommendation and appointment within a couple of days, which took us to a board & care that will address my 97-year-old father's various care and social needs very nicely. The location is great, it is in his price range, and we are moving him in tomorrow. All told, a 5 day turnaround from first contact with Mark & Karyn. Needless to say we are pleased with this terrific help!

Mark texted right away and I let him know what my mother was looking for. Then Karyn (his wife) followed up with several properties for me to review over the next few days. Mom made her selection quickly. The process was painless and very fast. Thanks for doing all the legwork and helping us weed through all the possibilities!

I worked with Margo to place my 91 year old father. Margo was knowledgeable in her field. She asked pertinent questions to determine the needs of my father for a new, compatible living situation. She extended herself to offer her help with other details in relocating my father to make his experience as pleasurable as possible in this difficult situation. I would definitely recommend Margo.

Mark and Margot are the best! I would highly recommend them to help with finding a place for a loved one. My mom has been progressively needing more care throughout 2021 and we have found a great board and care home for her with the help of Mark and his team. The first time we called on his help was mid 2021 - and we toured several homes at that time without mom feeling any pressure to move from independent living. But after a few months, and with mom in more need of care, we again toured several homes and found an ideal home setting with a room with a view. Safe landings. What a relief. The process was completely handled by Mark and his team, tours scheduled, 602 form created by the doctor and emailed to all perspective care homes before we showed up for a tour. I felt like Mark and Margot were not only care professionals, but also schedulers, advocates and experts on the many issues that my family had to learn to find the perfect place for my mom. I have been designated as the point of contact in my family to work with Mark and Karyn in finding a great fit for my 86 yr old mother. I have been very pleased with the amount of knowledge and the ease of speaking with Mark and Karyn. I find them not only professional, knowledgeable, but extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating. It was a blessing that my brother was able to make the initial contact with Karyn and refer her to me. Although we have only begun the process of finding the right care center for mom, I feel confident that Mark and Karyn will make this task much easier. This is not an easy time for any family, but it’s comforting to deal with such professional and knowledgeable people.
