Very prompt communications and useful advice

Communication with Laurie was perfect -- she responded to my texts, calls, and emails but didn't pester me. She knows the area and the facilities very well -- I felt comfortable taking her recommendations. I ended up finding a facility that I'm very happy with.

Laurie was very helpful. I informed her what type of residential care home I was looking for my dad and she provided me a list of options. I was able to find one I liked from the list for my dad. He was able to move in a week later. He has been there a week now and seems very happy. Laurie followed up with me after the move to make sure all went well.
