We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a CareScout representative for details.

Mercy Crest Retirement Living is generally well-regarded, with many positive aspects highlighted by visitors and those familiar with the facility. The building, though older with traditional religious decor, is well-maintained. It features a large dining room with multiple food options, a secure memory care unit, an activity room with an aquarium and birds, outdoor seating, a courtyard, a chapel, and a new gym. The facility offers private apartments for residents, ample parking, and unrestricted visitation. The staff is often described as warm, welcoming, and professional, with some members providing efficient and friendly care. However, there are concerns about medication practices, such as an unattended medicine cart and lack of supervision when residents take their medicine. Some staff members appear to be less dedicated, and there are mixed reviews about administrative choices. Despite these issues, many visitors find the facility clean, with no odors, and appreciate the spacious, well-kept rooms. The dining experience is likened to a restaurant, with staff taking orders at the table. Residents have opportunities for exercise, bingo, and monthly gospel band performances. The facility also offers transportation for shopping and appointments. The religious aspect is a significant draw for some residents, and the staff is generally friendly and accommodating. Overall, Mercy Crest Retirement Living is seen as a good facility with room for improvement in certain areas.

Mercy crest has been such a blessing to my friend who moved in a month ago. They have loved on him and he has felt their love! He loves eating with everyone 3 times a day. He loves playing bingo, painting and any activities they have. He is deaf, but that doesn’t hinder him or the staff at Mercy Crest from communicating. He loves teaching sign language to everyone! Louise has worked hard to help with insurance problems so he can stay there. Amber has blessed me so much as she helped me with paperwork or ANYTHING I’ve needed. This is the best place for loved ones!
