When the time came to place our mom with Parkinson’s, we visited many assisted living facilities in the area. The Ivy was impressive and offered everything she would need and more. The staff is attentive and caring. The Ivy is beautiful, very well maintained, and the apartments are gorgeous. Our mom is so happy there, they offer many activities, out trips, and social engagements everyday. Not to leave out that the food is amazing too! We feel very secure in knowing that mom is happy and safe while making friends and enjoying life again.

I am so glad that my mom is a part of the Ivy at Watertown community. The staff is so kind and caring, she has made friends relatively quickly, and the management really goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy and safe. Mom loves the activities and meals, and seems pretty happy whenever I pop in to visit. With two young kids at home, it's definitely a relief to feel like she is getting good care where she is.

I've been living at The Ivy, meeting new friends and connecting with old friends that call The Ivy home and this is the perfect place in my humble opinion! The staff exceed expectations and are very helpful and friendly. I find the living arrangements beyond my expectations, very clean and well kept community. I love my spacious apartment with tall ceilings, and the beautiful courtyard. I appreciate the outstanding and caring staff in the dining room also cheerful and sharing the many menu options and they know what I like! The food is excellent. Overall beyond my wildest dreams, never thought senior living would be this good!
