Had an amazing experience. From needing help finding a place that’s as within my mothers budget, from speaking with Krissie at imperial, and her answering all of my 5,000 (random) question emails, to the final move, all went so well and my mom is happily living in imperial. They work with you and make things very easy. Love check off lists. U will definitely not be disappointed with the service.

The facility is great, the food seemed great. The nursing must not be great based on my interactions with the Director of Nursing. She does not take any responsibility and is not a responsible person. I had to follow up with her multiple times to get her to go and review my father. And she basically is MIA you can not find her, you end up having to talk to the Director or the sales person who are both great and professional. They also reject people based on basic reasons and I heard that they ask you to get your own aid, which is an extra cost.
