I hate this place. They treat people just ok, but care is not great. They train memory care residents to use diapers as opposed to taking them to the bathroom. It makes it easier on the attendants. The “attendants “ are babysitters.

I can’t say enough about the positives of Oakmont Village assisted living. Beautiful interior, always clean, friendly staff, lots of activities. The only negatives: I feel the seniors are confined to being inside too much. There is no real enjoyable, functional attractive and comfortable outdoor space as an option for the seniors to have a reason to be outside. Although the food selections look amazing on their daily menu, speaking with the seniors who live there, they all comment that the food is not good. I have not found one person who speaks favorably of the food.
