⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Concerning Experience Admission My elderly grandmother was admitted to this senior care home after her primary caregiver, my aunt, experienced temporary health issues that prevented her from continuing care. She sought help responsibly and was referred to this facility. Initially, the owner, Yunaris L, was kind and accommodating during the admission process. Communication After admission, communication changed significantly. When family members requested updates, the owner became vague, dismissive, and at times rude. Staff were also unwelcoming during visits and pressured us to leave quickly. We were even told that visits could not continue as expected, which was very concerning as we were trying to remain involved in her care. Care Concerns Shortly after admission, my grandmother was sent to Larkin Hospital for psychiatric evaluation, where she was treated for a UTI and other issues. We were told she became anxious upon arrival, raising concerns
