If you are considering CIEL Senior Living Olney, please do your research and visit more than once. Since CIEL took over in April 2026, I have witnessed serious concerns with the facility, staffing, activities, food, and resident experience. There have been repeated power outages, elevators out for extended periods, major AC issues, approximately a week without hot water, and visible roaches and spiders. Residents regularly complained about being hot in their rooms. Families repeatedly raised concerns and were given assurances that issues would be resolved, only to see little improvement. Staffing has become increasingly stretched, while experienced staff continue to leave and hours have been reduced for budget reasons. Activities have declined significantly, leaving residents frequently in their rooms, in front of the TV, or outside the facility. Food variety is also disappointing. I advise you look elsewhere
