St. Ann's Home receives mixed reviews from residents and their families. Many praise the facility for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and caring environment. Some families appreciate the compassionate care provided, especially during challenging times like hospice care. The facility is noted for having a high ratio of helpers to residents and is recognized as one of the best assisted living facilities. However, there are significant concerns about management and communication. Some reviewers report issues with unreturned phone calls and last-minute changes in admissions decisions, leading to stress and inconvenience. There are also complaints about the handling of medical care, with some residents experiencing medication errors and inadequate medical support. Financial concerns are also highlighted, with some families feeling that the facility prioritizes money over care, especially when residents' financial resources are depleted. Despite these issues, some residents express happiness and satisfaction with the care they receive, enjoying the food and activities offered. Overall, while St. Ann's Home has many positive aspects, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in management, communication, and medical oversight.

April 2026

This is not the same facility it once was when the nuns ran it. The administration now are a group of unethical, unprincipled people who only want bodies to fill a room and your money. There are much better facilities out there, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for care for your loved one.
