"If you want care for your loved ones do not put them in Villa Court assisted living. The food is horrendously horrible the Care is just as bad. They gave my loved ones medication to someone in another room, forgot to give my loved one their medication, threw out my loved ones medication. Nothing ever gets resolved when you make a complaint about any or anyone. My loved one was never checked on at night as they say they check on them two times a night and my loved one spent the night on the floor naked. No one checked on my loved one. They’re horrible believe me they are horrible, horrible horrible I would never put my loved one there again. They will show you rooms that you will never get when they put on the grand old show when you come in to see the place and lie to you over and over and over again. They see they’re gonna get to the bottom of things that are wrong but never ever do and you never hear anything about what was the resolution. "Do not commit your loved one to this facility. Bad food. Poor cooks. Lazy servers. Very little from-scratch cooking. Nearly everything is Sysco pre-cooked, pre-packaged, frozen, thaw and serve ... from pot roast, lasagna, stuffed peppers to its fried chicken. Just throw it in the oven, heat it up and serve it to the residents. And no seasonal menu rotation whatsoever. Same food week in and week out, month to month.
