Symphony Manor at Lancaster is a non-medical adult living facility that offers minor assistance. The facility accepts Medicaid and is described as a stepping stone to senior living, though some residents have stayed for over three years. Concerns include untrained staff, misleading promises about transportation, and poor building conditions, such as leaking walls, falling ceiling tiles, and black mold. Maintenance issues like clogged sinks, leaky toilets, and bursting pipes are reported. The facility faces bug infestations and has received fines from health authorities. Residents who pay for extra assistance often do not receive it, with some being denied showers. Staffing issues include understaffing in the kitchen and among aides, with some staff members being unprofessional or inattentive. Despite these issues, some reviews praise the facility for its friendly and caring staff, good food, and clean environment. The activity leader and kitchen staff are noted for their efforts despite limited resources. The facility is described as well-staffed and organized, with well-maintained grounds and enjoyable activities for residents and visitors. However, there are also reports of high staff turnover and a lack of job security. Overall, the reviews present a mixed picture, with significant concerns about the quality of care and living conditions, alongside positive comments about the staff and community atmosphere.

Well, it's called a non medical Adulting living facility with minor assistance. Most of the residents they accept come CPAP, with that being said the RSA's aren't trained for that field. Symphony side are RSA's with 0 certification. All care provides minor assistance and they are certified pca's. Accepts medicaid, but if you love your loved ones, I wouldn't ever send them there. The pictures they have online aren't up to date. They promise residents who go through the screening process that they will get free transportation to stores, banks, movies, etc, but that isnt true. They say this is a stepping stone to get you into senior living, but there has been residents who have lived there for over 3 years and have been trying to leave within a month of getting there, but there still waiting Even tho you're told before hand it will only take a month or 2. The conditions of the building are appalling. When it rains the walls leak, I've never thought that was possible unti
