Heritage Manor of Ransomville Assisted Living Program receives mixed reviews. Many reviewers praise the facility for its attentive, caring, and responsive staff, who treat residents like family. The administrator is noted for working tirelessly for both residents and staff. The facility is described as clean, with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. The activities department is highlighted for its variety and engagement, and the dining experience is appreciated for its family-oriented approach. However, some reviewers express concerns about the facility's age, noting that it was originally a hospital built in the 1950s. While improvements and updates are ongoing, some areas still show signs of aging. Criticisms include dirty floors, a lack of cleanliness in certain areas, and a prison-like feel in some rooms. The community is described as supportive, with many locals involved in making residents feel valued and loved. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, many find Heritage Manor of Ransomville to be a commendable choice for assisted living.

I work at Ransomville Manor. Staff truly love the residents. The pandemic was difficult for all facilities and many facilities struggled to get or retain staff. Most of our facility staff have been there for years and they stayed because we love our residents . Yes it is a older building but the owner has put alot of money into the building to update and upgrade the facility for our residents. Come see our building and meet our staff and residents they are great.

RANSOMVILLE MANOR staff truly care about the residents. They have so many staff that have been there for years due to their love of the residents. They truly are a family.

This facility needs an overhaul. Housing vulnerable people on disability and medicaid is a profitable business model; it's easy to take advantage of and neglect residents needs. Some of the staff are wonderful. The mold is a growing concern (literally). Representative payees need to be audited regularly (they are due) to ensure compliance and to prevent social security fraud
