August 2026
Review I toured this home the first week of August. My 84-year-old dad is in rehab in Rye, and I wanted to learn more about the Enhanced License and hospice care, as my dad seems to be heading in that direction. Unfortunately the sales representative wasn't very informative. She spent much of the tour talking about the property and beautiful gardens, but I wasn't able to get the information I needed about care and services. Two weeks later, my questions about hospice still haven't been answered. I will say the grounds were very well maintained, and the residents we saw seemed happy. At the end of the tour, we were given a bottle of liquor, possibly champagne. I explained that my husband and I are both in recovery and couldn't accept it, but they insisted anyway. I would suggest offering chocolates or a baked good instead. Overall, my recommendation is to have better-informed tour representatives who can answer families' important questions.
