This facility is more like a prison and the coordinator a warden. The residents have no freedom of speech and are at the mercy of the staff's unjust actions. I truly pray for all the residents.

Several rooms did not seem to have working televisions, nor did the staff seem to know when they would be operational. In the two person rooms, I noted that a loud, profanity-speaking patient was allowed to be paired with a quiet, peaceful patient, which created a constant bullying atmosphere. I witnessed the quieter patient asking the staff to be given a different room mate.

Don’t expect the phones to get answered over an holiday! Good could be better, no table cloths on residents eating tables. Rooms are small with generally two to a room. The place looks like a dormatory! Nothing fancy!! Didn’t see a lobby,
