The reviews for Brighton Gardens of Charlotte present a mixed picture of the facility. Positive feedback highlights the caring and professional staff, who are often described as warm, welcoming, and attentive to residents' needs. Many reviewers appreciate the facility's cleanliness, attractive environment, and the quality of care provided, particularly in the assisted living section. Some families express gratitude for the staff's efforts in keeping them informed and assisting with medical needs, even from a distance. The facility's location and amenities, such as a web portal for family communication, are also praised. However, there are significant concerns raised by other reviewers.
