Rooms are of a decent size, though not very private for visits. The dining experience is lacking, with issues in meeting dietary needs and food temperature. Some kitchen staff were reportedly rude. The day shift staff work well as a team, but the second and third shifts experienced high turnover. The weekend crew was initially strong but was later split up. There were concerns about male staff assisting with showers for female patients. The office staff provided limited support, but the restorative care was exceptional, helping patients achieve their goals quickly. The exercise group became less enjoyable over time. There were issues with staffing shortages, particularly with nurse aides, affecting patient care. Emergency call lights were often answered slowly.
