The facility overall is very nice. The nursing staff really seem to care about their patients. However, the director told us before we moved in they were seeking a contract with Medicaid. We were told to move in quickly while space was still available. That was six months ago and the State still had not received an application from them. Each time we ask the office staff we get a run around. My mother's level of care was also increased without notifying me even though I am mostly responsible for her account.
