The reviews for Russellville Park present a mixed picture, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the facility. On the positive side, many residents and their families appreciate the clean environment, friendly staff, and variety of activities offered. The dining experience is often praised for its quality, and the facility's amenities, such as a therapy pool, theater, and beauty salon, are well-received. Some residents express satisfaction with the care provided, particularly in memory care, and appreciate the welcoming community atmosphere. However, there are significant criticisms as well. Several reviews mention issues with management, citing poor communication, disorganization, and a focus on profit over resident care. Complaints about maintenance and housekeeping are common, with reports of unclean apartments and unmet basic needs. Some reviewers describe the facility as a scam, alleging overcharges and false damage claims. Concerns about staff turnover and inadequate training are also noted, along with dissatisfaction with the quality and availability of food. My experience is different from those of visitors, management and relatives placing their family here. I find it an unpleasant, noisy, unsafe, hostile place to live. It has been a year since I moved in, and I have deteriorated due to the stress of living here. Not able to move . Their solution to problems here is have people move out. Good luck if you move in!

Residents at Russellville Park are not the top of the list. Safety is low priority, Food is low on the priority list. Top priority is having the place look nice! Activities are mostly playing cards and games. Trips are to casinos and eating out. Staff changes frequently and Management is uncaring. "I am too busy". What you are told when interviewing will not be the case when you move in. Just a few observations from living there. A lot of the reviews are from relatives or visitors. You have to live in a place to have the actual experience.
