We had to place mom in Assisted Living and Daniel Collins, the Senior Lifestyle Counselor, was there 24/7 to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process. We never felt any pressure, he was patient with all of our questions, worked with our schedule, explained what would need to be done and what to expect. When residents approach you and tell you how happy they are, that is a very good sign. The staff is super friendly. I was able to observe the respectful and gentle manner when they speak to the residents and how the residents engage in a positive manner. No anger or resentment, but dignity, kindness and respect that is reciprocal between residents and staff. The table at the dining hall that mom is assigned to seats 4 and the other ladies I met at her table are very friendly and just took mom under their wing like she was their sister. My brother and I are just simply blown away. When I call mom, she is happy. I cannot express how comforting that is. Incredible place!
