I was formerly a Hospice RN and had several patients at Teresa's House. Every time I walked into one of the homes at Teresa's House, all of the CNAs were engaged with the residents and all of them were either smiling or laughing. In other communities I used to visit to see patients, this was not the case. The individualized care given to residents at Teresa's House is truly unmatched. The food is outstanding; the activities are focused on what the residents like. The Memory Care Village is unlike ANY memory care I have ever seen. There are 3 homes and an activity center all surrounded by walking paths and a cedar fence- so the people with memory issues can actually go outside and walk between homes, sit on the porches (all outfitted with multiple fans and water dispensers) and walk around the memory care campus. Teresa's House is truly cares for their residents better than any other facility in this area.
