We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a CareScout representative for details.

The Legacy Willow Bend is a senior living community in Plano offering various levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Reviews are mixed, with some praising the facility's cleanliness, amenities, and caring staff. Positive feedback highlights the attentive and hard-working staff, excellent rehabilitation services, and a wide range of activities and amenities, such as a gym, pool, and movie theater. The food is generally well-received, and the community is described as beautiful and well-maintained. However, there are significant concerns about the quality of care, particularly in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation areas. Some reviews mention negligent care, poor communication, and understaffing, leading to issues like medication mismanagement, untreated infections, and inadequate attention to patients' needs. There are reports of patients being left in soiled clothing, experiencing falls, and not receiving timely medical attention. The high turnover rate among staff and lack of communication between staff and administration are also noted as problems. Overall, while The Legacy Willow Bend offers a range of amenities and activities in a pleasant environment, potential residents and their families should carefully consider the mixed reviews, particularly regarding the quality of care and communication issues, before making a decision.

Terrible experience for my brother in law. He was supposed to be there short term as he recovered from surgery, the surgery went well but then the nursing facility failed in treatment and basic needs for any patient. He developed urinary tract infections and serious bed sores.

Completely neglect patients! Family member was taking to hosptial and admitted twice for extremely bad bed sores and UTI and sepsis
