We LOVE the new director. My parents moved in a little over a year ago, and they love The Crossings as much as I do. Now they are playing bridge, going to exercise class, spending time outside with friends, and participating in other activities instead of worrying about day-to-day tasks. They no longer feel isolated. They have made good friends and truly enjoy living here.

My parents moved out after 5 months of unresolved issues with management. #1 being no hot water in their unit. Residents are nice though. Too sad that with a few changes it could be better.
