Not at all pleased with the lack of care my loved one has received at the facility. Management has excuses about why things aren't being handled, and after several opportunities, I've decided that's in the best interest of my family member to find them an acceptable place to looked after. Prisoners get a better-quality meal and more of a variety than Brookdale offers. How many times can one person eat tuna fish sandwiches and pizza in a week?!? I've had to call the State of MI several times to report them and at this point, I am completely and utterly fed up. If you care and love your relative, I encourage you to take the time out to locate a better facility than Brookdale Farmington Hills North. One of the worst mistakes I've ever made!
