June 2026

Our family felt that Hanover Terrace was the worst experience our mom could have had. We encountered a concerning lack of compassion, communication, and knowledge from some staff members during her stay. We repeatedly raised serious concerns about her care, but too often they were not addressed in a timely or appropriate manner. Every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and competent care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on what our family witnessed, I cannot recommend Hanover Terrace. I sincerely hope improvements are made so that other families do not have to go through what ours did.
