Kelly Briggs, M.A., LSW, CCM

Kelly is a Licensed Social Worker and Board-Certified Case Manager with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in trauma studies. She is passionate about helping aging adults and their caregivers understand options, feel empowered in their decision making, and advocate for their needs. She has worked as an in-home mental health therapist and program manager, a court-appointed guardian for incapacitated adults, an intensive case manager, and a psychiatric triage clinician. She has experience working in senior centers, adult protective services, state-subsidized home care, and emergency rooms. 

Kelly has been with CareScout for four years as a Care Advocate and assists on the sourcing team. She is the Clinical Strategy Team Lead working to develop efficient clinical processes to best serve CareScout’s growing client base.
