Brian was very easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and gave me great options for my parents that fit those needs. He followed up and I felt he truly cared and understood the hardship that we were facing in finding the perfect living community for my parents. He gave a great deal of time on the phone and in person with me and I never felt rushed or pressured by him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect assisted living facility for their loved ones.

My advisor was Helen Schrader. She was more than 5 stars. So helpful night and day. Returned all calls, texts, canceled, and rescheduled appointments pronto. She even offered to assist when she was on vacation. Most of all, I loved her no pressure, but always caring and concerned manner. That really was instrumental in closing our deal.

Brian did an amazing job setting up my father. His knowledge along with the relationships he had with multiple properties made the process extremely smooth and comfortable. My father is 95; he was very apprehensive about the move and his future. Brian made him feel as though he was his only client, he still talks about what a wonderful job Brian did and how grateful he was to have his expertise. We can't thank Brian enough for what he accomplished.
