"My mom has made Thrive her home since the facility opened last October. She lives in the Woodlands, for Memory Care, and has adjusted very well overall. Now over a year later, I am very pleased with the greatly improved activities and the Woodlands Activities Director. While mom does not participate in every activity, she does participate in some activities most days. As well, she especially enjoys the church services, the doggie visits, and the special snacks and treats made available. I know she gets good care and good food, and when I cannot visit her for a few days, I know she is being cared for. The management and staff are kind and accessible if I have a concern. I am grateful that mom makes Thrive her new home." - Laura R.…

I have seen first hand how committed they are to providing quality care and compassion, and they are so nice to my children and grandchildren when they come to visit. It's a genuinely lovely place to be for this phase of my life."…

"Initially, I was very pleased with the facility, but then there were many staffing changes. My husband has Alzheimer’s and was in the memory care section of the facility. He lost the ability to feed himself and the staff would not assist. I was actively looking for placement elsewhere and was assured that he would be fed until I could find another facility. The staff did not feed him and instead neglected him. I made a surprise visit and found the staff placing my husband in his room, alone and without food, because he kept getting out of his chair. The facility has no real knowledge of Alzheimer’s and the needs of the residents." - Susan…

In fact, CareScout data suggests that most families will underestimate their monthly budget by almost 20%, meaning that once inclusions and services are factored in, they can actually afford more than they originally thought.
